Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (unless an extension has previously been agreed with us).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily arrange for and exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot; therefore we suggest you arranged a tracked or recorded delivery service.
