Fine Dogwood Ring
The cheerful blossoms proclaim each year that winter is over and spring is really here. Dogwoods are a popular landscape tree and thrive in conditions that are similar to their woodland habitat. They prefer a generous amount of moist, well-drained soil and like some afternoon shade. George Washington and Thomas Jefferson planted dogwoods around their homes in the 1700s.
"One of my earliest childhood memories is the annual Dogwood Festival, and falling in love with its flowers in full bloom, exploding with white and pink colorations. It's my honor to share these memories with you" - Michael Michaud
